1. How old is OrderNow? OrderNow started trading in 2011.

2. Are my payments safe? We go to great lengths to protect your payment information. We use reputable payment processors and we never access or store your card or banking information.

3. How long will delivery take? Once your order is shipped, delivery to main centres within South Africa, can take up to 2 days. Delivery to outlying areas can take between 3-5 days. During the Christmas period, 23 December – 6 January, some orders may be delayed due to courier holidays. Special orders can take up to 14 days.

4. What if I don’t receive my order? All orders are tracked, so if you do not get it within 5 working days, during normal operating times, contact us immediately.

5. Is there a warranty on OrderNow’s products? We offer a standard 6-month warranty on all products. Individual brands may also offer additional warranties.

6. Can I return a product to OrderNow? Yes, physically damaged/wrongly shipped products can be returned within 14 days from delivery at no charge. Unwanted/sub-standard/not as expected products can be returned within 21 days from delivery at the customers’ expense. In all cases, customers must notify OrderNow to arrange the return of a product. 7. How do I get a VAT invoice? As of 1 November 2019 we are not longer VAT registered, so we are not able to provide VAT invoices.

8. How does insurance work? Choose the Shipping + Insurance option at checkout if you want your shipment insured. If insurance is not taken the package will not be insured and the risk is transferred to the customer.
