Nikon D5300 DSLR with AF-P 18-55mm DX VR Lens, Bag and 16GB Card

    PRODUCT INFORMATION +-

The black Nikon D5300 DSLR Camera features a DX-format 24.2-megapixel sensor and EXPEED 4 image processor to produce high-resolution still imagery and full HD video with notable low-light sensitivity to ISO 12800 and a fast continuous shooting rate of 5 fps. The sensor design omits the traditional optical low-pass filter in order to gain the utmost sharpness and resolution from both photos and videos. Complementing the imaging assets are both a versatile 39-point autofocus system, with nine cross-type sensors and a 2,016-pixel RGB sensor for precise exposure metering in a wide variety of lighting conditions. Additionally, 1920 x 1080p movie recording is supported, in multiple frame rates up to 60 fps, with full-time continuous auto focusing capabilities.

The compact, yet durably designed, camera body incorporates both an optical pentamirror optical viewfinder along with a large 3.2" 1,037k-dot vari-angle LCD monitor, which features a 180° swivel design to better support working from high and low angles. Also integrated into the D5300 are both Wi-Fi and GPS modules, which enable advanced image sharing capabilities as well as location-based image tagging. When paired with an Android or iOS mobile device, remote viewing and control over the shutter release are possible from a distance and a vast network of pre-populated Points of Interest adds to the overall geotagging functionality. For creatively enhancing the look and feel of imagery in-camera, a wide range of Picture Control modes, Scene Modes, and Special Effects modes are available as well as a host of in-camera image editing capabilities for adjusting settings prior to sharing. Built-in HDR and Active D-Lighting modes can also be used to optimize exposure results by preserving highlight and shadow details for an extended range of apparent tones. Large, high-resolution LCD monitor See every detail of your photos and movies, thanks to the large 8.1 cm (3.2-in.) LCD monitor with wide-viewing angle and high 1,037k-dot resolution. Compose or review shots and apply special effects with clarity whether you’re shooting indoors or out. HDMI output Connect your camera directly to an HDTV screen and enjoy your movies and photos in superb high-definition. Compatible with HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronics Control), the camera even allows you to control playback using your TV’s remote control. High-quality audio Record movies that don’t just look good, but that sound great, too. Thanks to the camera’s built-in stereo microphone and compatibility with Nikon’s external ME-1 Stereo Microphone, it’s easy to capture footage with crisp, clear sound. Effects mode Create distinctive photos and movies using a range of special effects. Isolate colours so they stand out, go black-and-white, explore a retro effect, or make buildings look like miniature scale models. You can preview your chosen effect and adjust its intensity as you shoot. 16 scene modes Quickly capture perfect shots using a range of scene modes, including Sports, Beach, and Snow. Simply select the mode that matches the subject or situation you’re shooting, and the camera will automatically optimise shutter speed, ISO, and aperture for superior results. Optimum detail in high-contrast conditions Two modes help you capture the details in both dark and bright areas when you shoot images in strong light, or in backlit situations. HDR (High Dynamic Range) is ideal for stationary subjects and Active D-Lighting is ideal for photos of moving subjects. Both modes allow you to select the intensity level.
